Event Recap | Elk Grove Brewfest 2018
Bobbing your head to the beat, drinking good beer, eating food truck food, and wearing StandardCloCo™ are some of the main ingredients needed to create a successful brewfest. As the night started and the sun began to lower, the crowd attendance grew, the music got louder, and the presence of StandardCloCo™ began to arise through the crowd. The lifestyle feel was in the air at the Elk Grove Brewfest as us here at StandardCloCo™ were able to show and express the real meaning behind our brand as we “Set Our Own Standards.” Setting our own standards can be contagious with the high level of energy that surrounded the booth throughout the whole night, so it was easy to be attracted in to learn more. Those at the event and hanging out around the booth could feel the enegery and vibe. Each and every person who came by was approached and given the full opportunity to learn about the brand, the people behind it, how it operates, and all of this was possible from your feedback.
Being able to attend these events and get feedback, good or bad, on the direction we are pushing and striving to become it what helps us to continue growing. Let us bring you on the journey of how we are involved in these great events.....but first a little history...
The town of Elk Grove was founded and established in the year 1850 as travelers headed from San Francisco founded the area. The name of the town located in the Sacramento Valley was thought of by James Hall as he named the main building the Elk Grove Hotel next to the stage stop. Over the last 40 years the town began to grow from a prominently strong farming town to the suburb rich town we all know now as Elk Grove. This growth came from the need for people to find a place to settle and be able to commute to work outside the area. So now that you understand how it all became a town, this is why Elk Grove exists and why we were able to attend a Brewfest there.
As for you that don’t know the history of StandardCloCo, we were Established in January 2017 and are a Lifestyle / Action Sports Brand that doesn’t live by standards but we set them. At the 2018 Elk Grove brewfest we were able to strive to reach those set standards as we reached out and made an impact on as many individuals. From the look of the booth, attitude of the staff, and the feel of the apparel everything fell into place as awesome beer was drank, friends were made, and StandardCloCo™ apparel was sold.
